Engineering Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The core risk document. STATIX is a design aid: every result must be independently checked by a competent registered engineer (ECSA in South Africa), who remains responsible per their registration. No warranty of fitness; liability capped at fees paid; codes are referenced, not guaranteed current.
End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)
The licence grant — per tier (Free Viewer/Trial, Solo, Pro, Office/Firm), single vs office seats, named-seat model, no resale or service-bureau use, restrictions and IP.
